For a start you must like what you are doing. And you must be proud of what you are doing. You must always update yourself to stay abreast with the latest technology and trends. Acquire new skills, think out of the box and if necessary, make decisions confidently. Remember you are part of a team and be ready to lend a hand when it is needed. You will be respected for it.
